Three Top Reasons To Attend Convention!

Hi everyone! Well, I'm back from convention 2015 - Inspire Create Share! This is the famous ROCK!  Stampin' Up!'s rock outside of the headquarters in Riverton, Utah.
It was wonderful for 3 reasons!

1. My Friends: There is no greater feeling for me then when I stepped foot in Salt Lake City knowing that I would meet some new friends and get reacquainted with some old ones.
That's me way back there! These are my team mates!

 2. My Business:
Stampin' Up! is the BEST! Below is a picture of some of the new product we got while at convention. They always give you something to bring back home and share.

This is my badge with lots of colors! Hee Hee!
This is a sneek-peek sample of a Christmas Card!
Yes...I'll be making that one! For sure!

 3. My Fellowship

Yes, that is Xango pronounced "chango" FRIED CHEESECAKE!
I had more then my fair share of food on this trip! Good gracious, it was all wonderful sharing businees ideas and tips at dinner and just talking about grandbabies! Grandma's have a way of going on and on about their grandbabies!

Overall, it was another wonderful experience. If you are ever interested in becoming a demonstrator, just let me know! My team is more then willing to take hobby or business demonstrators!!

Oh and I can't forget the swaps!  We swapped for days!

Have a great day everyone!  Thanks for sharing with me on my convention travels!
You should really join me one day!

Promoted To Glory - Elder Raymond Morris

Today I am celebrating the life of Elder Raymond Morris. A true man of God. I didn't know him for very long, but what I did know of him was amazing.  He taught Sabbath School and was about 92 or 93.  He and his wife sat in the same pew every Sabbath.  He was just darling to his wife all the time and what a shining example of a husband to his wife! I appreciate and am grateful that the Lord allowed me to get to know him, even if it was for a short time.

I made this card for his family and especially his wife. Just to let her know she & her family were being prayed for and I hope they how much we care.

Here are some close-ups for your viewing pleasure. I colored the "pink" and "blue" with my blender pens and an aqua painter.

As always, thanks for visiting and seeing my creations!  Visit often because there's more to Come!

And how Stampin' Up! donates to the Charity with every stamp set.  So to spread the love....Here is a card dedicated to the RMDH, because that's what they do...Spread the Love...

Happy 4th of July - a day late!

I forgot to post these cute little 3x3 cards!  I had a wonderful time last night with friends @ Bandimere Speedway watching the Jet Cars and then the fireworks.
The colors I used are Night of Navy, Real Red and Crumb Cake.  I honestly love doing this size card because you can keep it so simple and clean.   Love that they look so patriotic.  Thanks for visiting me and I hope you had a wonderful 4th of July!
